Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
PractiReach, a subsidiary of PractiCons Inc., operates practireach.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies solely to data collected by this website.
2. Information we collect, use, and share
We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site, and we only have access to information you voluntarily provide — through the consultation form. That form collects the business contact details you enter: your name, work email, phone number, practice name, and the message you write. These are a practice owner’s business contact details. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any patient information.
We use this information for a single purpose: so a member of our team can contact you about marketing services for your practice. To deliver that, your inquiry is sent by email to our internal team and processed by the service providers listed in Section 6.
We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or promotional email program — submitting the form asks us to reach out about your inquiry, nothing more.
3. Your access to and control over your information
You have the right to:
- see what personal data we hold about you, if any;
- request a correction of any of it;
- request deletion of your data;
- object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw analytics/advertising consent at any time on our Cookie Settings page.
To exercise any of these, email admin@practicons.com. At launch, the only place a lead is stored is our internal recipient mailboxes — there is no CRM and no database — so on a deletion request we remove every copy across all of those mailboxes. We are honest that this step is performed manually today.
4. Data retention
We do not keep inquiries indefinitely. Each recipient mailbox routes these messages to a dedicated inquiry folder with an automatic deletion rule: an unconverted lead is deleted 12 monthsafter we receive it. Our retention owner is responsible for that rule and verifies it across every recipient mailbox each quarter. “Keep until someone asks” is not our policy — the deletion is scheduled.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default and load only after you accept them — the opposite of an opt-out banner. When you first visit, a consent choice defaults every analytics and advertising signal to denied until you decide.
- Strictly necessary— a small record of your cookie choice, and the contact form’s anti-abuse check. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Advertising (Google Ads) — load only with your consent, to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs.
You control these any time on our Cookie Settingspage, and you can also opt out of Google’s advertising cookies through Google’s Ads Settings.
6. Third-party service providers
A few providers process visitor data on our behalf, each for one purpose, and none of them receive it to sell:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — receives your IP address and challenge signals on the contact page to block automated abuse. It runs before the consent choice because it is strictly necessary to keep the form from being used as a spam relay.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — receive analytics and advertising identifiers, and only after you have accepted the corresponding consent.
- Amazon SES — transports the email your submission generates to our inbox. It carries the message in transit; it does not store it.
7. Security
We take the security of your information seriously. The website itself stores no personal data — everything is served as static files. Anything you submit through the form is protected in transit with TLS and delivered to access-controlled internal mailboxes. Only team members who need the information to respond to you have access to it.
8. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
9. Protected Health Information
We do not use cookies to collect Protected Health Information. The consultation form collects a practice owner’s business contact details, never patient data, and no analytics measurement carries a lead value.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; please check back to stay informed.
